What does “scratch and dent” mean?
It’s a new appliance that was refused at delivery because of a dent, ding or scratch. It has never been used. That mark is why it costs less. Ask us and we’ll show you exactly where it is before you buy.
What’s the difference between open box and new?
New in box has never been out of its carton. Open box is a new appliance from an order that was canceled: the box has been opened, but the appliance has never been used. We don’t sell used or refurbished appliances. Ask about any unit and we’ll tell you its story.
Do your appliances come with a warranty?
It depends on the appliance and the brand. Some units carry coverage through the manufacturer. Ask about the model you like and we’ll tell you what applies.
Do you deliver?
Ask when you buy and we’ll tell you what we can do for your address. One customer wrote that she “had someone who was able to deliver the dishwasher the same evening.”
Do you sell parts and do repairs?
Yes. We carry replacement parts in the store and handle repairs. Bring or text the model number and tell us what the appliance is doing. About parts
Can you get a built-in or a 48-inch range?
We don’t stock built-ins like 48-inch stoves and refrigerators, but we can order them in, no problem. Call or text with the brand and size you want.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Lease-to-own financing is available through Snap Leasing and Kafene. All credit types are welcome to apply with Snap, and Kafene requires no traditional credit. Text 56862 to 48078 to start a Snap application, or apply in the store. Not all applicants are approved. How financing works

Built-ins we don’t stock, like 48-inch stoves and refrigerators, we can order in.
